I. Position Objective
To design, code, test, and document software applications that adhere to company design standards and support internal business requirements.
II. Position Activities
System development
System and business process analysis
System documentation
System testing and debugging
Participation in user acceptance testing
Some system maintenance and support
Contribute to complex project architecture and design
Ownership of small project architecture and design
Some collaboration with business owners for requirements gathering and acceptance testing.
Requirements:
Essential Skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering or related field or 3–6 years of work experience in a software development role.
Has knowledge of commonly-used software development concepts, practices, and procedures.
Ability to efficiently estimate and manage time to meet strict deliverable deadlines.
Strong ability to multi task and adapt in a fast paced environment.
Strong problem solving skills.
Capable of understanding and solving problems and projects of complex scope.
Preferred Skills
Java, .Net, Cold Fusion, Oracle, MS SQL, Object, Java script, HTML, CSS.
