Field Superintendents
Job Location: Belle Chase, LA
Position Summary:
Total Safety Specialized Safety Personnel company, is hiring full-time holewatch/firewatch Field Superintendents for turnaround projects across the U.S. Former experience is required in managing holewatch/firewatch services, and a safety background or experience is required. Travel is required for this position.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Duties include hiring, drug screening and training personnel. Applicants must also have knowledge of general industrial timekeeping practices. Superintendents will be responsible for field foremen and crews varying in size form 10 person projects up to 100+ person projects. Organizational skills and people skills are a must for this position.
Compensation/Benefits:
Salary. Office pay rate and field pay rate will be based on qualifications.
