Job Summary:

Broken Arrow clinic is looking for a Full-Time Front Office employee. This position will be working on a shift schedule. Ideal candidates will be flexible and have front desk and EMR experience. This clinic does not accept appointments, so the candidate hired will need to handle stress and high pressure work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greeting Patients and Guests

• Answering phones

• Checking In and Checking Out Patients

• Accepting payments

• Accepting Insurance Information

• Letting Staff know when a patient has arrived

• Additional tasks as assigned or needed

Experience:

• Previous front office

• EMR

• Previous medical office

Supervisor Requirements:

The professional hired will not be responsible for the direct supervision of any staff.

Knowledge and Abilities:

• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.

• Ability to handle and resolve challenging problems.

Physical Requirements:

Physical requirements for positions include: arm and hand steadiness and finger dexterity enough to use a keyboard and telephone; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds; may be subject to walking, standing, sitting, and reaching; and vision, speech, and hearing sufficient to perform the essential tasks.
