Job Summary:
Tulsa Clinic is looking for a Full-Time Office Manager. The Office Manager will be responsible for the supervision of 15 staff members. The ideal candidate will have experience with human resources, HIPPA compliance and OSHA.
Working hours are Monday Friday, 7:30am 5:30pm. (Typically between 8:00am 5:00pm, but can vary.)
Duties and Responsibilities:

Greeting patients and visitors

Answering incoming calls

Scheduling appointments

Processing payments
-
Checking patients in and out
-
Maintaining OSHA and HIPPA compliance

Assisting with hiring and employee relations

Additional tasks as needed
Experience:
Supervisor Requirements:
The professional hired will be responsible for the direct supervision of any staff.
Will supervise a staff of 15.
Knowledge and Abilities:

Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
