Warehouse Assistant
Job Location: Wichita, KS
Description:
Ultra Modern Pool & Patio of Wichita, KS, a premier, 51 year old 3-store retailer, seeks a Warehouse Assistant.
Hours:
40-45 hours a week between the hours of 8:30 am and 6 p.m.
Must work Saturdays and Sundays.
Qualifications And Requirements:
- Prefer previous warehouse experience.
- Prefer fork lift and step van experience.
- Must have neat, clean appearance and prompt and efficient.
- Must be able to write legibly.
- Must be loyal, honest and dependable
- Pre-employment testing required
- Must work well with customers and associates (including phone skills)
- Must possess oral and written communications skills and the ability to work with others as a team
- Valid drivers license required. Good driving record required.
- Participate in all Hazardous Materials Safety training.
Must be able to:
- lift 150 pounds
- assist in moving spas and furniture (pushing, pulling, lifting)
- stoop, bend over, reach to get at merchandise
- climb stairs and ladders
- operate a 2-wheel cart
- drive forklift
- work within safety guidelines
Salary is negotiable based on experience.
