Description:
The University of Arkansas Athletics Department is seeking applications for the position of Assistant Athletic Trainer. This is a 12-month, full time position with a start date of July 1, 2008.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and NATA/BOC certification
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree, a minimum of two years professional athletic training experience, previous experience working with track &field athletes and a proficiency in computer based injury management systems. Additionally, candidates should have a strong dedication to athletic training education and be an ACI.
Job Duties:
Daily practice, home event and team travel coverage for Men’s and Women’s Cross Country, Track & Field, supervision of graduate assistants and graduate student athletic trainers as assigned.
