Annual Salary:
$18,091.00

Negotiable:
Up to labor market rate of $18,845.00

Minimum Requirements:
The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma; plus two years experience in forms review or verification.

Preferred Qualifications:
Competency testing: typing test, Basic and Intermediate Word and Basic Excel

Proficiency Testing:

University of Arkansas Human Resources will screen for preferred requirements

Job Duties:
Responsible for reviewing housing applications, contracts, cancellations, charges/credits, billings for students contracted with University Housing to ensure completeness and accuracy. Responsible for performing all actual steps and functions to process housing applications, contracts, cancellations, charges/credits, billings for students contracted with University Housing using the Residential Management System (RMS). Responsible for maintaining relevant files and records including entering data and information into RMS and any manual system. Responsible for processing incoming paper documents including student applications and contracts; responsible for sorting by document type, removing staples, classifying and indexing material for integration into imaging system; scan documents onto imaging system and ensure that the images are clear and legible and cataloged accurately. Assist other assignment staff in their duties such as responding to e-mail and other communications from students, parents, staff and others. Assist with on line assignments and making actual assignments or reassignments and other changes as needed, attends all meetings as scheduled, and completes all duties or responsibilities as assigned.
