Description:
The SRC is looking for highly motivated, pleasant, and dedicated individuals to become part of our survey team. We offer flexible hours, good compensation, an excellent learning opportunity, and a professional, but friendly and relaxed work environment. The Center does not make sales calls or conduct telemarketing.
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to easily read text aloud from a computer screen; ability to speak and understand standard English fluently; ability to speak quickly, yet clearly; ability to hear normal conversation over a telephone line; adequate vision for extended periods of computer usage. Good oral and written skills; familiarity with computer keyboarding.
Preferred Qualifications:
Individuals with prior call center experience; individuals with experience in customer service; Spanish speaking a plus.
