Description:
The Research Analyst will report to the Associate Director of Development Research and will assist with the identification, qualification, and research of individual, corporate, and foundation major gift donors and prospective donors. Duties include preparing written reports and assisting with the storage and maintenance of donor records. The Research Analyst will help manage office operations and research-related projects, and will be expected to maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality in researching and reporting information.

Minimum Requirements:
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
• Knowledge of advanced research techniques using electronic database research and Internet resources.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel and related databases.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Minimum of three year’s experience conducting investigative research.
• Familiarity with both the University of Arkansas and the State of Arkansas
