Description:
This job reports to the Community Employment Coordinator.
Relocation is not provided and travel is required consistently.
Overview
This position is under the direction of the Community Employment Coordinator. Assisting persons with a variety of disabilities in adjusting to a job or other work experience.
Job Skills/Requirements
Provides both off/on-site support, coordination, and linkage to community resources for clients. Observes and evaluates client performance, behavior, social development, and physical health on/off-site. Assists in orienting the client at the work site and provides on-going monitoring for the client. Acts as a liaison between the client and the employer and advocates for the client as needed.
Additional Information/Benefits
