Job Location: Manhattan, Kansas

The desired candidate will have two to three years of general office experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently but also collaborate, as a team, with owners and other staff members
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Professionalism, reliability and integrity
  • Proficient in Windows-based computers and Microsoft Office programs

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule coordinator - including contacting client and communicating with internal staff  
  • Coordinate, register and track continuing education for professional staff
  • Client database management
  • Website and social media management
  • Assist with day-to-day tasks, scanning, follow-up phone calls, etc.
  • Work directly with internal staff and various relationship managers
  • Direct contact with client personnel to answer questions or obtain information
  • Organize and schedule internal meetings
  • Attend meetings, take and record minutes
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
