Job Details:
- Must be a Neonatal Resuscitation Provider.
- Registered nurse with a current licensure in the State of Virginia.
- Current licensure as a nurse practitioner in the State of Virginia.
- Eligible to sit for neonatal certification with the certification successfully obtained within one year of employment.
- Minimum of three years of experience as a registered nurse in a Level 3/Sub-specialty neonatal intensive care unit.
- Competent to provide neonatal assessments and provide the care and treatment indicated.
- Delivery of family focused care.
- Provide education to neonatal intensive care unit staff and other health care professionals as indicated.
- Works as a team player with patients, physicians, families, staff and peers.
- Criminal background and/or central registry check(s) required and continued employment based on outcome of report(s).
