Position Overview:
The Child Care Associate works under the direction of the Fitness & Wellness Director. Responsibilities include caring for children in child care center and assisting with record keeping for child care attendance.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Cares for children in child care center Assists with record keeping for child care attendance Promotes and supports all Team Mercy standards of quality customer service. Promotes continuous quality improvement in operations and in job performance.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent. Current CPR certification. Previous or current course work in elementary education and/or early childhood education preferred.
