Position Summary: Maintains the building and grounds by performing a variety of maintenance tasks at various clinic locations. Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Repairs equipment items used in various departments including electrical and mechanical.
Operates vehicles for special pickups, deliveries, snow removal and to travel to other clinic locations to handle maintenance problems.
Makes repairs to Wichita Clinic buildings, i.e., basic electrical components, basic plumbing, preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, water distribution systems and structural.
May perform other duties as assigned or requested
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Basic knowledge of building equipment.
Knowledge of workplace safety rules.
Six months to one year related experience and or training is also required.
Experience with handling various vehicles and power tools are required.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Previous personal computer experience required.
