• Associates degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school or a bachelors degree from a 4 year college. Graduate of an approved occupational therapist assistants program.

• Must have a Kansas license and/or national license, registration, or certification appropriate to professional credentials. CPR certification required within 60 days of employment.
• VCH-P: Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers offered by the American Heart Association or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer offered by the Red Cross received within 30 days from date of hire.

• Occasionally required to sit or stand in a stationary position.
