Job Description:
Manages the day-to-day operations of the compliance programs at Via Christi Regional Medical Center and Our Lady of Lourdes Rehabilitation Center. Interacts with all personnel and organizations to ensure compliance with policies and governmental laws and regulations. Provides assurance to Via Christi Health System executives and Board of Directors of the effectiveness of the compliance program.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in Law, Accounting, Human Resources, or a Health Provider’s discipline. Five (5) years’ experience in management or comparably responsible role required. Regulatory agency or investigative experience preferred. Must demonstrate an ability to articulate and demonstrate commitment to the philosophy values mission and vision of Via Christi Health System and to inspire active support of these in others.
