Director, Critical Care Services

Introduction:
In this highly visible position, you will be responsible for developing and defining the vision, mission, customer service, business plans and quality improvement activities and measures for our Critical Care Unit, CVU and Telemetry. Assumes responsibility and develops and maintains budgets.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse, CT licensed or license eligible. MSN or Masters degree in a related field required. At least five (5) years experience in acute care nursing, including critical care. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate among all levels of the organization. Knowledge of regulatory/compliance standards and community resources highly desirable.
