Job Location: Waterbury, CT Shift:
Full time day position available.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, healthcare administration or related field required. Minimum of 5 years experience in healthcare. Strong analytical, interpretive and communication skills. Knowledge of medical coding and billing in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities: In this position you will be responsible for coordinating hospital wide revenue compliance and revenue enhancement initiatives. You will also recommend and coordinate the implementation of process improvements for the revenue cycle and be responsible for educating departments, clinicians and revenue cycle participants on billing and coding regulations to ensure compliance with them.
