Job Details:
Coordinate hospital wide revenue compliance and revenue enhancement initiatives. Recommend and coordinate implementation of process improvements for the revenue cycle. Educate departments, clinicians and revenue cycle participants on billing and coding regulations to ensure compliance with them. Participate collaboratively with the revenue integrity team in the development, execution and follow-up of educational programs for the hospital on all issues related to the charge master and charge master processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required as well as experience in a clinical, nursing or coding speciality. Five years experience in health care, hospital and finance background required. Knowledge of medical coding, billing and federal/state regulations related to charge master compliance.
