Responsibilities Making home visits to provide direct patient care Completing required paperwork in a timely manner Maintaining patient confidence Adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations Promote a compassionate environment Serve a culturally and linguistically diverse patient population Licensure You must have a RN license and at least one year of clinical nursing experience is preferred.
