All new hires will be assigned a dedicated preceptor during their orientation process. Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver care to patients undergoing operative or other invasive procedures Assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate the outcomes of interventions Addresses the physiological, psychological, sociocultural, and spiritual responses of surgical patients Participate in patient/family teaching Create and maintain a sterile field Promote a compassionate environment Promote teamwork with physicians and other team members Licensure You must have an Arkansas RN license or be licensed in a compact state.
