Position Summary The role of the Volunteer Services Assistant reports to the Volunteer Services Manager. This position is responsible for performing various clerical and retail support duties within Volunteer Services, 55PLUS, and the Gift Shop. Essential Job Responsibilities Enroll eligible patients into 55PLUS program Utilize databases to review and ensure proper distribution of reports Assist with providing ongoing training for volunteers Maintain gift shop through daily cleaning and maintaining inventory Reconcile daily gift shop charges Qualifications Education: High School diploma or GED Licensure and Certifications: N/A Experience: Minimum of 2 years previous experience in an office support function, preferred.
