Transportation Technology - Heavy Instructor, Program Director

Associates Degree, Bachelors Degree preferred, and a minimum of three
years of related transportation technology heavy duty industry work
experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or
experience necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of
the work required in transportation technology heavy duty. Drivers
License, ASE Master Certificate, and EPA Refrigerant Handlers license
are required. Knowledge of NATEF Accreditation.
To instruct students in the Transportation Technology Heavy Duty
Program. The instructional program occurs in a classroom and lab
setting, and prepares students to work in the transportation technology
heavy duty field. The Instructor may also serve as the Program Director.
The instructor supports the Transportation Technology program by
developing and revising curriculum, creating syllabi and lesson plans,
selecting textbooks and software. Ability to obtain appropriate training
equipment through WDT budgeting and partnering with potential donors
is also necessary.
SCOPE OF SEARCH:
175 Days (Academic Year), position to begin January 2018
