Job Description:
Provide patient identification, prevention, Occupational Therapy assessment, treatment, education and discharge planning to patients with orthopedic, neuromuscular, developmental, work related injuries, visual-perception and/or psychosocial disorders. Identifies opportunities and makes recommendations for continuous improvements of processes and service on an on-going basis. Actively participate in outstanding customer service and accept responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
Job Requirements:
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Associate Degree of Science in Occupational Therapy. Previous clinical experience preferred.
LICENSURE OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
CPR certification. Certification by the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts. Current licensure in the State of Kansas.
