Description:
The incumbent is responsible for selecting nursing personnel who have the necessary education background and skills for vacancies within Ocala Regional Medical Center and West Marion Community Hospital. Responsible for participating in programs that enhance the recruitment function of the hospital and in various job fairs. Travel (potentially International) required. *Full description available in Human Resources.
Qualifications:
Florida RN license required. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related business field. 1 - 2 years demonstrated work experience in interviewing, candidate selection, and employee benefits. Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state employment laws. Must be proficient in the English language, both written and verbal. Must be able to understand English and possess the ability to read professional and technical material. Requires excellent communications skills to prepare written materials, communicate with administrative personnel, hospital personnel and the general public which would include public speaking engagements. Highly developed interpersonal skills necessary. Ability to utilize personal computer to include Microsoft Office programs. Abiltity to lift up to 40 pounds.
