Right of Way Supervisor
Job Location: Fort Worth, TX
Job Description:
The ROW Supervisor will be responsible for the timely acquisition of pipeline ROW, facility surface use agreements, road crossing permits, rail road crossing permits, and encroachment agreements for the Fort Worth area gathering systems. Additional responsibilities will include working with the Land department to insure that gathering activities do not adversely effecting leasing activities in the Fort Worth area.
This role is critical to preserving investment economics by enabling timely construction of gathering facilities to get new production to market.
* Obtaining ROW for construction of pipeline for a reasonable market rate.
* Obtaining all road crossing permits along pipeline route.
* Obtaining all railroad crossing permits along pipeline route
* Obtaining all municipal permits required for the construction of the pipeline
* Obtaining all facility site agreements required for gathering system (compressor station and meter tap sites where required.
* Obtaining all encroachment agreements required along the pipeline route.
* Provide construction a complete list of ROW / Facility agreement stipulations so that construction will not violate agreements
* Coordinate preliminary surveys with construction for pipeline route and for plats for ROW agreements
* Maintain ROW / Facility agreement filing system
* Insure payments are made in a timely manner to the specified recipients in the ROW / Facility agreements
* Coordinate with Land group to insure gathering activities do not adversely affect mineral leasing activities.
* Negotiate contract issues with land owner's attorneys
* Manage Field Check Book, record keeping and account coding
Qualifications:
* High School Graduate
* Two years of college
* Ten years of Land/Right of Way experience
* Licensed Right Of Way Agent. Notary Public in Texas
