Position Summary:
Planning and Leadership developing manufacturing clientele looking to design/build capital equipment/machinery nationwide. Currently 4 Regional Managers working direct and with Mfg Rep groups. Reports to CEO and will be given full support for developing new marketing and sales plans and processes as well as hiring new Sales Professionals. This is a 50 year old firm with outstanding engineering and manufacturing capabilities as well as aggressive growth plans.
Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering/MBA preferred and must have extensive experience with manufacturing machine-tool and other capital (high capacity) equipment Sales and Sales Management. Custom design/build background would be ideal.
Salary:
$150k to $175k base with $250k potential and up
