Job Location: Winona, MN
Description:
Our bank is looking to add two dynamic individuals within our retail banking team. Your experience and expertise gained from previous customer service experience will be used in providing assistance to clients in a teller role. Average hours for one of the positions is 20+ hours per week, with varying days and times, and the other is full-time, 40 hours per week. Your attention to detail will be utilized by maintaining strong client relations in accordance with our service standards. Ensuring adherence to Bank policies and procedures, in concurrence with federal and state compliance regulations is a key responsibility.
Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, previous customer contact experience, along with proven ability to work well within a team environment. Strong mathematical aptitude and computer knowledge, along with effective verbal and written communication skills are required.
