This position requires a person to be detailed oriented and computer savvy. The Third Party Debt Collector will be required to be on the phone collecting student loans 80% of the work day and 20% could be skip tracing, entering data into the computer or organizing their portfolio of accounts. It also requires two evenings of work per 40 hour work week.

It takes someone who is goal oriented, disciplined and focused on the job at hand to be a winner in this field. Managing your own time and being a good listener is the key to a successful career.
