Position Description Provides compelling insights based upon data-driven analytics and professional experience to senior leadership on investment management, 5 year strategic planning, annual operating planning as well as the annual Post Audit processes. Leverages quantitative modeling and qualitative analytical skills, both individually and through supervision of team members, to address ambiguous requests from leadership by providing insightful, fact based strategy support. Facilitates optimal decision making by understanding risk and value creation by leveraging latest Finance and economic theory. He/she will be responsible for developing and employing the best economic, capital and operating assumptions in all strategy and investment projects. Enhances or re-invents existing modeling, strategy frameworks, leverages technology, navigates multiple levels of analytical depth and learn challenging subjects in unfamiliar areas quickly to make strategy recommendations. Shares their knowledge, experience and contributes towards creating an intellectually vibrant environment conducive to creativity, collaboration and innovation. Transforms existing processes to improve both delivery time and analytical depth to increase the organizational value of the team. The Senior Manager will demonstrate executive presence when communicating complex ideas and concepts to leadership via both verbal and written media.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor`s Degree and 5 years of experience
