Position Description Provides sophisticated analytical rigor on investment management, 5 year strategic planning, annual operating planning as well as the annual Post Audit processes. Facilitates optimal decision making by understanding risk and value creation by leveraging latest Finance and economic theory. Works independently within the team to play an important role on projects related to developing and employing the best economic, capital and operating assumptions in all strategy and investment projects. Leverages and enhances existing modeling, strategy frameworks, leverages technology, navigates multiple levels of analytical depth and learn challenging subjects in unfamiliar areas quickly to make strategy recommendations. Proactively learns from the knowledge, experience of other more experienced team members and contributes towards creating an intellectually vibrant environment conducive to creativity, collaboration and innovation. Improves cycle time and processes to increase productivity beyond the normal expectations of the business. The Senior Manager will demonstrate executive presence when communicating complex ideas and concepts within the team, as well as external customers via both verbal and written media.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor`s Degree and 3 years of professional work experience or
Master`s Degree and 2 years of professional work experience
Additional Preferred Qualifications Retail experience
