Ideal candidate will have substantial, first chair experience in preparing transactional documents relating to a variety of complex and novel healthcare-related transactions and will provide advice and counsel to Walmart and Sams Club Health & Wellness divisions. The ideal candidate will have the following skills: A strong regulatory background in state and federal anti-kickback, fraud and abuse, privacy and security and anti-trust laws. Excellent analytical, verbal and written communications skills, superior academics, the ability to manage multiple assignments and to produce top quality work with limited supervision. The ability to appropriately triage a heavy workflow, setting appropriate priorities with clients and delivering results within the reasonable agreed timelines. The ability to develop and foster relationships with the business. The ability to develop and leverage internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals. The ability to think creatively and devise solutions to challenging problems. The ability to develop and advance a positive spirit of partnership and collaboration with internal clients, internal legal colleagues and outside counsel. The ability to exercise mature and reliable judgment while enjoying the company`s enthusiastic, informal and fast-paced environment. The ability to identify, quantify and manage risk to the company. The ability to manage financial resources and processes. Retail healthcare experience not required and candidates with healthcare transactional or regulatory backgrounds welcome. All Walmart associates are expected to cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics. Minimum Qualifications 9 years or more legal practice. Licensed to practice law in good standing in at least one state. Law degree from an accredited law school. Extensive experience in health law and healthcare transactions. Must be willing to relocate to Bentonville, Arkansas.
