Position Description * Manages category space and SKU Budget data in databases and the processes surrounding the collection of said data. Manages and develops merchandise space and SKU budget collection process by overseeing space audits of club designs to ensure accuracy of data input. * Utilizes Space, SKU, and financial data to provide analytical support to special projects. Partners with cross-functional teams on projects by providing visibility to category space, strategies, goals and performance to enhance decision making. Responsible for generating both cyclical and ad-hoc reports and analysis as required. Meet with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and develop solutions by generating space and merchandising reports that are both standard and ad hoc. * Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in process mapping and technical acumen and applies this skillset to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans * Partners with cross-functional teams (for example, Merchandising, Innovations) on special projects
Minimum Qualifications * 2 years experience in Merchandising, Operations or related field
Additional Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor degree in Business Management, Information Systems or related fields * Knowledge in using the following metrics for example - Sales, Demographic data, utilizing Trends to influence decisions * Technical expertise including but not limited to; working knowledge of databases, experience using SQL or VB/VB.NET or similar language(s)
