Leads development of internal systems
Manages systems implementation for Shared Services
Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions
Provides customer support
Responds to customer requests for systems and process improvements for Shared Services and other stakeholders in related workflow streams
Minimum QualificationsOne year experience in a technical support or customer service role. Additional Preferred QualificationsAssociate`s Degree in Information Technology or Finance.
