Position Description - Administers various recreational leagues (for example, racquet ball, wallyball, squash, volleyball)
- Assists with developing, implementing, and teaching diverse tennis programs for youth and adults
- Assists with the administration of the tennis facility
- Assists with the administration of tournaments
- Completes work assignments and priorities in Walton Life Fitness Center
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Provides customer service
Minimum Qualifications - 1 year experience working as a tennis coach or instructor.
- National Tennis Player Rating (NTPR) of 4.5 or higher.
- Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) Associate Certification OR United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) Level 3 (P3) Certification.
Additional Preferred Qualifications - 1 year experience in recreation management or related field.
- 2 years experience working for a tennis facility, including indoor and outdoor courts.
- Certified Tennis Referee.
- Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) Instructor Level Certification or higher.
- United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA), Level 2 (P2) Certification or higher.
