Position Description Global Business Process (GBP) Analyzes and interprets information for one or more work streams to improve business efficiencies within the store (areas of focus within the store could change pending company goals and strategy changes) Maintains collaboration with global stakeholders and driving global leverage Creating and owning strategic multi-year plans Develops and directs one or more work streams of a cross-functional project to achieve desired results Develops/creates tools that support decision making and business cases Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Global Business Processes Identifies and influences stakeholders Ensures business needs are being met Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates Assumes duties of the Senior Manager, Strategy, Innovation in the absence of the Senior Manager, Strategy, Innovation Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity #gbppmo

Minimum Qualifications -Bachelor`s Degree. -Minimum of 3-5 years experience in one of the following areas: retail, consulting, logistics, operations. -Strong proficiency in Excel, Access, Teradata Metadata / SQL and Retail Link. -Demonstrated success in managing the entire project management life cycle from ideation to implementation. -Strong data analytical skills. Capable of telling a story thru data. - Strong communication skills impacting change and influence -Position requires 20-30% travel to international markets of focus. --
Additional Preferred Qualifications -Engineering/Supply Chain/Operations Management Degree. -Walmart experience. -Walmart systems knowledge.
