City ROGERS State AR Employment Type Full Time Hourly/Salary HOURLY Shift 0 Position Description Completes work assignments and priorities within the Health and Wellness Call Center Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity Manage invalid Vision Center orders Manages concerns Provide operational support Respond to shipment-related issues and requests received from stores Supports Health and Wellness Contracting Shared Services Supports customer satisfaction Call Center Hours of Operations: Monday-Friday 8:00am-8:00pm Saturday 8:00am-6:00pm Sunday 10:00am-6:00pm ***Applicants must have open availability to work any shift during call center hours of operations.*** Minimum Qualifications *All candidates must be willing and available to work any shift during these hours. *We ask that all candidates possess a High School Diploma or its equivalent, previous customer service experience, good computer knowledge and can type an average of 35 WPM. *The position requires focus, flexibility, good decision making abilities and a high sense of urgency.
