- Audits company realty transactions
- Completes work assignments and priorities
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Creates and manages ad valorem tax-specific assessment records for domestic Walmart operations (for example, Walmart stores, offices, Sam`s Clubs, Distribution Centers)
- Supports real estate and property tax functions

Additional Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year experience in Appraisals.
- 1 year experience in Real Estate, or related field.
- Associate degress in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
