Position Description

• Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Merchandising
• Ensures business needs are being met
• Executes market strategies for categories or products
• Executes merchandising plans for subcategories
• Identifies products that satisfy Member needs
• Manages financial performance of assigned subcategory groups
• Manages subcategories of products
• Manages suppliers
• Procures products for clubs
• Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Business or related field and 1 year experience in merchandising or related field OR 3 years experience in merchandising or related field.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year experience creating and analyzing Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• 4 years experience in merchandising or related field.
