Position Description

• Creates end-to-end process improvements
• Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Analysis and Continuous Improvement and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
• Identifies, designs, and implements improvements in Shared Services division processes
• Leads business improvement projects for the Financial Shared Services Division
• Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
• Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions
• Serves as a liaison and point of contact with key or executive customers (for example, country CFOs, controllers, key U.S. business CFOs)
• Supports customer relations for continuous improvement projects

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor`s degree in Arts, Sciences, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field and 1 year experience in continuous improvement or related field OR 3 years experience in continuous improvement or related field.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year experience collecting, analyzing, and drawing conclusions from data to make decisions or recommendations.
• 1 year experience using basic functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email and calendaring software (for example, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• 1 year experience using statistical software (for example, Minitab).
• 2 years experience developing, designing, diagnosing, implementing, measuring, and following-up on projects.
• Accelerating Implementation Methodology (AIM) change management certification.
• Master`s degree in Arts, Sciences, Business, or related field.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
