Position Description

• Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics
• Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
• Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
• Develops, directs, and evaluates media relations activities, plans, strategies and tactics that promote strategic initiatives and the overall Sam`s Club brand
• Drives public relations strategies for Sam`s Club
• Provides communication counsel to senior executives

Minimum Qualifications

• 4 years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor s degree in Communications, Journalism, English related field and 9 years experience in Public Relations, Journalism, Brand Management or related field.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of experience building large scale, corporate communications programs.
• 5 years of experience implementing communications programs.
• Masters degree in Business Administration or related field.
