Position Description

• Assists Senior Manager and Director in coordinating annual financial plan
• Assists Senior Manager and Director in ensuring compliance with Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations
• Assists in ensuring best in practice finance process and performance management
• Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in scenario analysis, planning, adhoc Analysis, ROI analysis and Reporting Department and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
• Facilitates monhtly forecast and planning process
• Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
• Performs analysis of financial performance
• Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Finance or related field OR 3 years experience in Finance or related field.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year experience analyzing data and interpreting results.
• 1 year experience using Essbase.
• 1 year experience using intermediate functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (for example, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 1 year retail experience.
