Position Description
Analyzes and researches online order information for authenticity. (Example, Account, Bank authorizations and verifications)
Completes work assignments and priorities of production goals
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
Performs fraud review for ecommerce customer orders and requests through various web tools and applications
Makes decisions on whether an order can be released/canceled based on gathered research evidence
Identifies and takes action through link analysis on fraudulent orders
Processes phone in request for customers pertaining to account activity that is related to order verification
Processes issues of reported fraudulent activity through third party vendors
Tues through Saturday 8AM-5PM

Minimum Qualifications

Additional Preferred Qualifications
PC knowledge and Microsoft Programs
Understanding of IP/Domain/Proxy information
Fluent in Web searching/researching techniques
Bilingual in Spanish
Previous experience in eComm payments Fraud Review
