Position Description
Merchant Leadership Program (MLP) provides recent graduates with 18 months of relevant Merchandising experience. Program participants immediately enter a
Planning Analyst role, with a special 36 week on-boarding rotation through Store Operations, Planning, Pricing, Replenishment , Category Management and Buying.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree with 3.0 GPA or higher in : Business, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Fashion, Retail, Operations Management or related field
OR
2 Years Experience in a retail position including:
Buying, sourcing, financial planning, product development, replenishment or marketing
Preferred Qualifications

Additional Preferred Qualifications
Previous Retail Internship(s)
1 year experience analyzing financial data including; balance sheets, profit and loss statements or corporate budget
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
