Position Description
Replenishment Leadership Program (RLP) provides recent graduates with 18 months of relevant Merchandising experience. Program participants immediately enter a Replenishment Analyst role, with a special 6 month on-boarding of program specific classes and practical experience with suppliers and cross-functional teams to execute inventory management across global supply chains.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree with 3.0 GPA or higher in : Business, Accounting, Logistics/ Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or related field
OR
2 Years Experience in a Supply Chain Position

Additional Preferred Qualifications
Previous Retail Internship(s)
Experience in: forecasting, demand planning, supply chain management, inventory control, data modeling
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Demonstrated Leadership
Retail Store Experience
