Senior Compensation Analyst
Job Location: Pinellas County / Largo, FL
Job Qualification:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with a major in Accounting, Finance, MIS or Business Administration is required.
A minimum of five years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Data base design, Accounting, Cost Accounting, Payroll, or Finance is required. The ability to utilize query and report writer programs, such as AS400 Query, Sequel, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, etc for information retrieval and reporting is also required.
Job Description:
This position is responsible for designing, implementing and administering the Sales Incentive Compensation plans, models, databases and reports in accordance with company Internal Control Standards and Incentive Compensation guidelines for the North America structure. This position is also responsible for providing key metrics for Incentive compensation performance.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Sales Incentive Compensation Plans Administration: Provides support to management in the development of the Sales Incentive Compensation Plans. Lead analyst to work with the Sales Incentive Compensation team in the development of the systems and models for administration of calculations and payouts for all Sales Incentive Comp Plans. Models and analyzes data for the sales incentive compensation plans.
2. Incentive Compensation Reviews with Sales Department: Provides consultative support to the Sales department with regularly scheduled incentive compensation review meetings for analyzing territory performances, payouts, % to quotas and other relevant data to ensure consistency and accuracy of payments, as well as, how well the plans are supporting the objectives of the business.
