Job Location: Pinellas County, FL
Qualifications:
Associate degree and/or minimum 3 year Accounting experience needed. Must be computer literate and skilled in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Description:
Prepare new customer credit application package. Credit checks via the internet for new applications. Make phone calls to new customers for additional information needed to open a new account. Maintain customer files and screen. Researches customers' disputed invoices. Send collection letters to customers and return check notices. Make phone calls to customers and return check notices. Coordinate and oversee outside services (Experian, Equifax & D&B) to support collection services. Process bad checks by obtaining a replacement. Submit recommended write-offs as necessary. Prepare monthly lists and charts for review. Review and monitor order, invoicing and shipping exceptions. Post all finance charges at end of month and runs customer statements.
Pay:
$10.00-13.00 p/h
