Basic phone skills, good phone voice, patience with dealing with customers, basic office skills, 30 wpm preferred. Must pass Customer service Prove-It test (5 mins). No felony or fraud related criminal charges in background please.
Description:
20 Openings! Call center in Clearwater looking for Customer Service representatives for several upcoming projects. Some projects are outbound. Current opening is inbound calls from customers of Major League Baseball. Service customers with season tickets, merchandise and all matters of billing these items.
1st shift 8-4:30
2nd shift 3:45 - Midnight or 4:45 to midnight
Tuesday through Saturday OR Sunday through Thursday.
Drug screen and background check. Benefits available upon hire. Employer is a no fee staffing agency.
Pay:
$10-$11 per/hr.
