Description:
A national leader in real estate and property management has a newly created, exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team. In this role you will be reporting to the Senior Regional Property Manager at our expanding Pinellas County Office in Florida.
As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for directing all marketing and sales activities for the portfolio including, but not limited to duties such as assessing the region's marketing needs, ensuring national standards in product presentation, resident correspondence, sales, customer service and market collateral creation, and coordinating sales efforts by establishing monthly sales and lease renewal goals. Travel may be required.
Pay:
$50K/year, DOE.
