Corporate Housing Sales Director

Description:
A national leader in real estate and property management has a newly created, exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Housing Sales Director to join our expanding team in Pinellas County, Florida.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategies to maintain and develop corporate contacts to generate sales and increase regional rental income; analyzing regional unit exposure for availability and taking proactive measures to address occupancy concerns; analyzing market trend data and proactively making appropriate changes to outreach plan; providing ongoing support to senior marketing staff to meet sales goals; provide outreach training and mentoring for all regional sales and marketing staff; supporting the implementation of promotions/campaigns and special events; representing our company at trade events; monitoring regional business trends by reading local & regional trade publications; monthly visits to local city municipalities to determine new construction & market trends; working directly with the creative director to effectively market the regional corporate outreach component; conducting monthly market surveys of competitive corporate locations; evaluating competition by reviewing market surveys, monitoring rental rate changes, special concessions and promotions, as well as amenities and services offered; and periodically visiting competitive properties for physical property evaluation.
Pay:
$50K/year, DOE.
